Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) is a fast-paced decision-making process that is based on the Design Sprint (Jake Knapp). LDJ, developed by Berlin-based design firm AJ and Smart, is a 90-minute process intended to get a group from a problem to a testable solution. This particular version is reworked for school/district leadership teams based on my experience implementing the process.
